Dream Journey is a tour operator fulfilling all your journeys from the memorizing Arabian city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Your booking number is marked in the e-mails sent to you immediately after your booking confirmation as well as on your ticket voucher in the PDF format. Look for the ‘Dream Journey Order Number’; you’ll need this number if you wish to contact the customer service. Feel free to reach us via the form (below) if you can't obtain your booking confirmation number.

The confirmation e-mail and voucher are usually sent right after your booking is confirmed. If you haven't received it, please check the spam folder of your e-mail. To resend your voucher, please provide your booking number: DJON: Submit
Most of our bookings are confirmed instantly on purchase. To ensure proper communication, we send confirmations on both your registered e-mail address and phone number. The SMS message will act as a back-up in case you have trouble accessing your e-mail account. Check spam folder Booking confirmation e-mails can sometimes end up in your spam folder. Sign-in to account Log in to your Dream Journey account on our website or app to view your booking Summary, which will include your booking confirmation number. On-request confirmation Most bookings have instant confirmation. However, for some reservations, we will send a final confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. You can see if your chosen activity offers instant confirmation by checking the ‘know before you book’ section.

Booking Modification

You can instantaneously modify the date and/or time of booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the feature below. You’ll find both pieces of information on your voucher. (Voucher Sample) Booking reference: PIN: Please note that not all bookings can be rescheduled as this would depend on the cancellation policy of the activity. However, bookings can be rescheduled before the cancellation deadline; otherwise, additional charges may apply. Alternatively, you can log in or create an account on our website with the e-mail address you provided to reschedule your activity. Cancellations & Refunds

You'll find information regarding your booking's cancellation policy on your voucher and each activity’s page. You can instantly cancel your booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the form below. You’ll see both pieces of information on the voucher. Please note that not all bookings can be cancelled; see your voucher for more information. (Voucher sample) To cancel your order, please enter your booking confirmation number and PIN. We'll confirm your booking cancellation via e-mail. Please look into your e-mail’s spam folder or check the booking status on the website if you have not received instant confirmation of the cancellation. Feel free to contact us if you face any issues or have questions.
Your booking will either be fully refundable/partially refundable/non-refundable depending on the cancellation policy of the activity. In case of a cancellation and/or refund, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the payment and other administrative costs. The refund will be processed in AED (Dirhams).
Once a request for refund is approved, the refund is processed by the bank or other relevant financial institution depending on the modality of payment used to make the booking, and the duration of the refund can be anywhere between 5-10 working days. If you have any undue delay in receiving the refund, please reach out to your card issuer or bank before contacting Dream Journey.

Meeting Point and Pickup

You can see whether an activity provides pick-up on the activity page under ‘About this activity’ section or in the ‘pick-up/meeting point instruction’ section
You can find the pick-up or meeting point information on the activity's page under the ‘pick-up/meeting point instruction’. Alternatively, after you have booked the tour, you can find details of your pick-up and meeting point on the voucher as well.
You will be required to provide your accommodation details at the time of booking. If you cannot give a pick-up address at the time of booking, please contact us to schedule your pick-up accordingly.

Group Bookings

Dream Journey generally does not support orders for large groups on its platform. As there are fixed transaction fees imposed by the payment provider, customers are recommended to contact us directly for group enquiries. We will only accept payment through cash or bank transfer for large group bookings.


We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada, Sadad, STC Pay, and OmanNet.
Please contact us so we can assist you with this. You should quote your booking confirmation number, as well as the name and e-mail address, used when making the booking.
All payments are managed by our payment processor: PayTabs. Dream Journey never collects or has access to your credit card details. PayTabs uses the latest version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system that sends your credit card data from your [or your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP)] secure server in encrypted configuration. This ensures that no one can intercept transactions and obtain any sensitive information.
