Most of our bookings are confirmed instantly on purchase. To ensure proper communication, we send confirmations on both your registered e-mail address and phone number. The SMS message will act as a back-up in case you have trouble accessing your e-mail account. Check spam folder Booking confirmation e-mails can sometimes end up in your spam folder. On-request confirmation Most bookings have instant confirmation. However, for some reservations, we will send a final confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. You can instantaneously modify the date and/or time of booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the feature below. You’ll find both pieces of information on your voucher. Cancellations & Refunds
You'll find information regarding your booking's cancellation policy on your voucher and each activity’s page. You can instantly cancel your booking by adding your booking confirmation number and PIN to the form below. You’ll see both pieces of information on the voucher. We'll confirm your booking cancellation via e-mail. Please look into your e-mail’s spam folder or check the booking status on the website if you have not received instant confirmation of the cancellation. Feel free to contact us if you face any issues or have questions.
Your booking will either be fully refundable/partially refundable/non-refundable depending on the cancellation policy of the activity. In case of a cancellation and/or refund, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the payment and other administrative costs. The refund will be processed in AED (Dirhams).
Once a request for refund is approved, the refund is processed by the bank or other relevant financial institution depending on the modality of payment used to make the booking, and the duration of the refund can be anywhere between 5-10 working days. If you have any undue delay in receiving the refund, please reach out to your card issuer or bank before contacting Dream Journey.

You will be required to provide your accommodation details at the time of booking. If you cannot give a pick-up address at the time of booking, please contact us to schedule your pick-up accordingly.
Dream Journey generally does not support orders for large groups on its platform. As there are fixed transaction fees imposed by the payment provider, customers are recommended to contact us directly for group enquiries. We will only accept payment through cash or bank transfer for large group bookings.

All payments are managed by our payment processor: PayTabs. Dream Journey never collects or has access to your credit card details. PayTabs uses the latest version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system that sends your credit card data from your [or your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP)] secure server in encrypted configuration.
